- Inverters, panels, transformers, EV chargers.
- Main switches, testing, and commissioning.
- Lead site crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code.
- Ensure installations meet NEC, OSHA, and project standards.
- Review plans, schematics, and layouts; identify materials and scope needs.
- Help improve processes, documentation, and best practices.
- Act as a mentor and resource for junior electricians and installers.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of hands‑on electrical experience (commercial or industrial preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with conduit (rigid and EMT).
- Comfortable working independently and leading others.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.
- Journeyman electrician license.
- Commercial or industrial solar and battery systems.
- 480V / 3‑phase systems.
- Transformer and EV charger installations.
- DC systems up to 1500V.
- Medium voltage experience (12kV+).
- NABCEP certification.
- Competitive pay based on experience (we pay for leadership and expertise).
- Health insurance options.
- 401(k).
- Paid holidays.
- Long‑term stability with a growing company.
- Opportunity to help shape the electrical side of a fast‑growing solar business.
