Parttime Window Washer

We are seeking a part-time experienced window washer to join our team. This role is intended for a professional window cleaner who can work independently, maintain high-quality standards, and is comfortable with production-based (per job) compensation rather than hourly pay.

• Perform residential and commercial window cleaning to professional standards
• Use ladders, squeegees, water-fed poles, and professional window cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Provide on-site estimates when required and clearly explain services to customers
• Work safely at heights and follow all job site safety procedures
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining consistent quality
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment

• Prior professional window cleaning experience required
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Ability to provide accurate on-site estimates
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

Production-based pay (per job / per project)

Earnings based on efficiency, quality, and workload
