Mitigation Technician

We are a full-service restoration company that has been restoring damaged homes and businesses throughout the Tennessee and Northern Alabama area since 2009.

We are seeking reliable, responsible individuals to fill positions in our Mitigation Department. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to emergency water damage situations and performing restoration and mitigation services. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their properties are restored to pre-loss condition in a timely and efficient manner. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping us maintain our reputation for providing high-quality services to our clients.

Prior Water Mitigation or Mold Remediation experience is a plus but is not required. Experience in construction, cleaning, or other relatable labor positions may be helpful.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Must be able to pass a drug-screen and background check.
• Must have a great work ethic and be a good team member.

• Meet and communicate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Carefully move, clean, and protect client’s furniture & contents.
• Assist in the removal of damaged building materials.
• Extract water and set up drying equipment to dry residential homes & commercial buildings.
• Communicate effectively with clients & direct management.
