Part-time Window Washer

We are seeking a part-time experienced window washer to join our team. This role is intended for a professional window cleaner who can work independently, maintain high-quality standards, and is comfortable with production-based (per job) compensation rather than hourly pay
.

• Perform residential and commercial window cleaning to professional standards.
• Use ladders, squeegees, water‑fed poles, and professional window cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Provide on‑site estimates when required and clearly explain services to customers.
• Work safely at heights and follow all job site safety procedures.
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining consistent quality.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment.

• Prior professional window cleaning experience required.
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
• Ability to provide accurate on‑site estimates.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
