As a Commercial & Residential Installation Technician at Preventia, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the security of our clients' businesses and homes. You'll be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining a variety of security systems, including burglar alarms, CCTV, fire systems, and access control.

We are seeking a Commercial Installation Technician to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

As a Commercial & Residential Installation Technician at Preventia, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the security of our clients' businesses and homes. You'll be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining a variety of security systems, including burglar alarms, CCTV, fire systems, and access control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service hardwired and wireless alarm systems, CCTV, fire systems, and access control systems
• Provide on-site maintenance and tech support
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions
• Communicate effectively with customers and the main office
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and time
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in security alarm, CCTV, door access, or fire systems
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Dependable and punctual
• Highly motivated and results-oriented
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
