Responsibilities
  • First and foremost, resonate with our mission, vision, and values and foster a culture of accountability within our workforce that reflects these values.
  • Utilize your 5+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, and flooring, plus a high school diploma or equivalent vocational certification(s), proven mechanical aptitude, and proficiency in reading assembly and blueprint drawings to deliver exceptional service to customers with minimal supervision.
  • Serve as the eyes and ears in the field, completing service tickets in a designated territory cost‑consciously, with high quality and timely delivery.
  • Maintain clear professional communication with lead technicians, field supervisors, field managers, and office staff on open issues and progress, with thorough documentation.
  • Be flexible, cooperative, and professional when interacting with employees and customers.
  • Follow all policies and procedures to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Travel up to 500–2000 miles per week to client sites with paid mileage reimbursement.
  • Adapt to a flexible and adaptable schedule, including on‑call, overnight, and weekend availability; some assignments may require short overnight travel (1–4 nights).
  • Provide reliable transportation capable of carrying tools and equipment (e.g., 16‑ft. ladder, sheet rock, sewer machine), a valid driver’s license, hand tools, and a suitable toolbox; a recommended list will be provided.
  • Be comfortable and proficient with technology, using industry‑specific software, mobile applications, and digital tools to complete work orders, communicate, and document activities.
  • Be able to lift up to 80 lbs, apply up to 200 pounds of torque, and perform work while bending, stooping, standing, sitting, and lying down.
