• Perform maintenance on facilities, including but not limited to plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and care of the grounds and ramp areas.
• Limited construction and/or modification of buildings, including welding as necessary.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections.
• Perform un‑scheduled maintenance on vehicles, golf carts, forklifts, floor cleaners, Gene Booms, and man lifts.
• Hazardous waste pick up from all facilities.
• Shoveling snow and gravel as necessary.
• Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English.
• Any other job‑related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
