Security Officer - Unarmed Hospital Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site staff, visitors, and/or first responders as needed;
Monitor access points and visitor flow, assist with way finding, and verify authorization for entry to restricted or controlled areas in accordance with site procedures;
Document patrols, incidents, and unusual observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate pertinent information to the next shift and site leadership
