Whatto Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Generate and manage leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to showcase the employer’s value
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Develop skills in prospecting, relationship management, and participate in training sessions
- Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
- Experience in outside B2B sales
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires multitasking
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience in a commissioned sales environment
- Familiarity with sales force automation tools
- Proven track record in customer service and attention to detail
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage with diverse clientele and tailor solutions to their needs
