Are you a high-energy sales professional who thrives on closing big deals and building lasting partnerships? We are looking for a Commercial Storage Advisor to take the reins of our massive, 100,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art warehousing facility. This isn't just about filling floor space; it’s about architecting logistics solutions that keep global supply chains moving.

THE MISSION: Your goal is simple but ambitious: transform our warehouse into a buzzing hub of high-quality, long-term rotating storage contracts. You will be the face of our facility, connecting businesses with the space and logistics precision they need to scale.

What You'll Do
  • Hunt & Harvest:
    Actively prospect and land new clients who need more than just a roof—they need palletized storage, floor space, and integrated logistics mastery.
  • Close the Big Fish:
    Showcase our cutting-edge inventory systems, top-tier security, and seamless final-mile delivery to win over major B2B players.
  • Build an Empire of Relationships:
    You aren't just signing contracts; you’re building a network. You’ll manage accounts to ensure renewals and find creative ways to upsell our suite of services.
  • Master the Floor:
    Work hand-in-hand with our operations team to ensure every pallet is placed perfectly and every client’s goods are integrated flawlessly into our tech stack.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve:
    Monitor the market like a hawk, keeping us competitive on pricing and ahead of the competition in service offerings.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • The Track Record:
    You have 3+ years of "in the trenches" sales experience in warehousing, 3PL, or supply chain management.
  • The Closer Mentality:
    You don't just "talk" sales; you have a proven history of signing high-value B2B contracts.
  • Logistics IQ:
    You understand the heartbeat of a warehouse—from inventory management to the complexities of final-mile delivery.
  • Self-Starting DNA:
    You are motivated by the win (and the commission) and can work independently to crush your targets.
  • The Toolkit:
    Excellent negotiation skills, a professional presentation style, and a valid driver’s license for hitting the road to meet your future clients.
