Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Becoming an ambassador and promoter of Workout Anytime, our brand, clubs, and services.
• Greeting members and making them feel welcome and valued.
• Answering phones professionally and courteously.
• Selling memberships, setting them up, and generating referrals.
• Conducting guest tours.
• Assisting with daily club maintenance and other tasks assigned by management.
• Building relationships inside and outside the gym.
• Participating in or managing marketing events.
• Learning and following company processes and procedures.
• Following up on leads from the web, renewals, and other sources via phone and email.

Candidate Requirements:

• Positive, upbeat, outgoing, and courteous personality.
• Experience in customer service, fitness, or sales preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends.
• Previous gym experience is a plus.
