Base pay range$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

- Working closely with client stakeholders/hiring managers to understand their current and future needs. Work closely with the recruitment teams to strategize the service model including building proactive pipeline of talent.
- Reach out to existing and new hiring manager contacts to build strong relationships and their upcoming needs for IT staffing.
- Develop client relationships with all the relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with the recruitment team and ensure that they are meeting the client expectations for quality and timely recruitment.
- Develop strategies to be successful for the allocated client account.
- Develop relationships with local talent to build pipeline of talent for the client needs.
- Be an ambassador for the company to both the clients and the candidates by offering top level of service.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in supporting enterprise clients servicing IT staffing needs.
- Strong sales/client development skills to drive business with existing and new client contacts.
- Strong understanding of latest IT skill sets and ability to engage with hiring managers in a meaningful conversation.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills. Should be able to actively and passively develop quality and meaningful relationships.
- Should be able to multi-task and manage ongoing requirements while delivering quality outcomes.
- Excellent work ethics with strong drive to succeed.
- Should be driven by metrics/outcomes.
- Extensive industry experience while thoroughly understanding the demands of the industry.
- Should be a problem solver with an ability to troubleshoot problems.
- Should enjoy working in an entrepreneurial culture that is outcomes driven.
