Communicate with customers, present our vehicles, and identify their needs.

Perform test drives, and present vehicle product information, pricing, and incentives.

• Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
• Communicate with customers, present our vehicles, and identify their needs
• Create rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network
• Perform test drives, and present vehicle product information, pricing, and incentives
• Follow-up with customers to maintain the relationships and deliver a quality experience
• Answer/make calls and respond to internet inquiries / generate leads

• Sales experience in any industry is preferred
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience dealing with diverse personalities and backgrounds is required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility regarding travel to dealerships in Chattanooga
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good presentation and training skills
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
