We’re seeking a motivated and outgoing Lead Setter to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers, responsible for generating qualified leads for our sales team through door-to-door outreach, event marketing, and community engagement.

• Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods to introduce Mighty Dog Roofing services
• Set appointments for free inspections or consultations with our sales representatives
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of our services (roofing, siding, gutters, windows, etc.)
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and interactions in CRM software
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet weekly and monthly lead generation goals
• Represent Mighty Dog Roofing in a professional and positive manner at all times
• Attend regular training sessions and team meetings

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Must be able to carry and climb a ladder plus be comfortable on a residential roof
