Pay Range

Responsibilities- Master our sales process within a remarkable six-month timeframe.
- Challenge conventions and redefine benchmarks in the supplemental insurance industry.
- Expand market presence and transition to a mentor, imparting strategies for success to new team members.

- Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
- Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available).
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years of post-high school work experience; candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle—3 business days).
