We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Manager to join our energized team during an exciting full hotel renovation. This is a rare opportunity to sell a story of transformation, growth, and what’s next.
As Sales Manager, you will drive group and catering revenue by cultivating relationships within targeted niche markets, securing new business, and leveraging renovation milestones as compelling sales opportunities. You will play a critical role in introducing clients to a newly re-imagined Double Tree experience while partnering closely with our hotel teams to ensure successful events from contract to completion. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively sourcing and securing new group and catering business
- Managing and responding to incoming RFPs and inquiries with urgency and creativity
- Negotiating and executing group and catering contracts
- Positioning renovation enhancements, timelines, and future product as key selling points
- Supporting overall revenue goals and sales strategy alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing & Sales Team
- Representing Double Tree and HVMG with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
Education & Experience
- A college degree or a minimum of two years of hotel experience
- Full service brand experience and Delphi experience is a plus
