• Acquire and maintain customers
• Clerical functions, including but not limited to office management and file maintenance
• Create price tags
• Process customer payments and data entry in Versi Rent computer program
• Greets customers and facilitate in-store sales
• Inbound and outbound sales calls
• Maintain professional appearance
• Maintain showroom appearance
• Resolve customer service concerns as they arise
• Answer phones
• All other duties deemed necessary for effective store management

• Answer telephone to company standards; must be able to communicate company products and programs to potential customers over telephone and in-person
• Build and maintain files to company standards and policy
• Intermediate math skills
• Excellent phone skills
• Must be able to explain product features and benefits
• Must be able to explain terms of rental/lease agreement to customer
• Must be organized
• Must be able to work overtime

• Routine lifting, loading and moving of merchandise up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Stooping, bending, pulling, climbing, reaching and grabbing as required
