We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store visually, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and ensure assigned areas are well-presented.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates and merchandising layouts.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Help keep the stockroom organized and the store clean.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join our team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, akin to Avengers teamwork.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
