Retail Sales Representative (RSR) is a member of the Retail Team of Experts who bring the T‑Mobile brand to life. As a brand ambassador, you build excitement around products and services, deepen customer relationships, and stay current with technology innovations.

• Help customers continue where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in‑store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Sell personalized device and service solutions that extend beyond basic plans.
• Approach sales with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Use digital tools to showcase coverage performance and T‑Mobile’s unlimited benefits.
• Complete training on T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, and store reference resources.
• Maximize shift time by continuously learning about new technologies and innovations.
• Handle cash and perform store operations as needed.
• Collaborate with T‑Mobile employees across channels to resolve customer issues and support team initiatives.
• Identify and hand off small business leads to the appropriate partners.

• Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting with customers.

• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience (retail preferred).
