• Sales Associate
  • Responsibilities: Assist customers with selecting the right appliances for their needs and budget
  • Provide excellent customer service in-store and over the phone
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with current promotions
  • Help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Requirements: Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work weekends and some evenings
• Appliance Technician
  • Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and service a variety of household appliances
  • Perform installations and ensure proper operation of units
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
  • Provide professional, friendly service to customers in the field and shop
  • Requirements: Previous appliance repair experience strongly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to lift and move heavy appliances with assistance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
