• Represent the quality function on technical support, in conjunction with other internal support groups, regarding issues affecting manufacturing;
• Initiates and approves supplier/customer production/process control activities and reviews for implementation and effectiveness;
• Maintain quality control sampling system, procedures,
  APQP, PPAP and IMDS activities
• Manage, audit and continuously improve TS16949 systems and procedures;
• Direct Customer and Supplier liaisons for plant quality activities and concerns including scheduled visits;
• Establish and maintain all quality documents, samples, customer contact, supplier development, production start-up, product launch, and correction of production variances and warrant analysis.
• Participation in the Layered Process Audit schedule.
• Participation in the Internal ISO/TS 16949 Audit schedule (applies only to certified ISO/TS 16949 internal auditors).
• Participation and cooperation in answering questions and providing information for internal and external audits regarding or related to I SO/TS 16949, VDA 6.3, and customer standards.

• Bachelors degree with 2-3 years or 5-7 year experience without degree
• 5- 7+ yrs exp. in Automotive/Mfg environment (Assembly based and Stamping industry);
