• Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state nursing laws and the plan of care.
• Instruct patients’ families on care and maintenance of a healthy environment.
• Observe, record, and report patient response to treatment and daily changes in condition to the supervising nurse or physician.

• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• CPR certification required.
