CHI Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an Outpatient Neurology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established hospital-employed group.

• Focus: Deliver quality direct outpatient care while working with physician and other team members.
• Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat disorders of stroke and vascular neurology; perform clinic consultations for hospital follow-up post-stroke and TIA patients. Patient population includes patients who have previously received IV thrombolytic, mechanical thrombectomy, aneurysm embolization or other neurosurgical procedures.

• Graduate of an MSN Nurse Practitioner training Program
• State APRN License required
• AHA BLS

• Two years experience as a full-time Nurse Practitioner, preferably in outpatient neurology / neurosurgery

Pay Range: $95,596 - $114,233 / year
