• Quickly assess and prioritize care based on trauma for all patient populations
• Stabilize patients needing emergency care
• Work with an experienced supportive team of emergency professionals including emergency physicians, other emergency‑trained nurses, licensed radiologists and certified laboratory technologists
• Demonstrate a passion for excellence in emergency medicine

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license active with the Board of Nursing in the state you are practicing, or a nursing license with eNLC practice privileges
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• PALS & ACLS required within 6 months of start date

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience as an ER RN or Trauma Nurse
• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) Certification
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
