We are looking for a
** Balloon Inspector
** to join our Chattanooga Team.
** These are off shift positions (2nd or 3rd shift)
** As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will:
* Inspect product per specifications using specified measuring equipment
* Read, follow, and accurately complete all provided documentation (product drawings, work procedures, process logs, etc.)
* Have some computer proficiency with a willingness to learn computer systems required to perform job responsibilities
* Work with engineering to generate clear and concise work instructions, test methods, and visual standards
* Be able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple process responsibilities
* Demonstrate personal initiative and the ability to effectively execute tasks independently
* Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP): line clearance, work instructions, documentation, etc.
* Work with and train other skilled technicians/operators in the inspection methods and required documentation
* Communicate issues to engineering for collaborative continuous improvement
* Be willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have ability to modify work shift as needed by business conditions
* Perform other duties as required
** Education, Experience and Requirements
*** Associate degree (A.

A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two-years related experience
* Extremely hands on with some mechanical aptitude
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP)
* Strong attention to detail, professional attitude, team player
* Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
* Proof of 20/20 or better vision, unaided or corrected
