Responsibilities- Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding based on job requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Inspect finished welds for accuracy and quality
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Assist with general fabrication and assembly tasks as needed
- Proven experience in MIG welding
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) and welding equipment
- Experience with various metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Certification(s) in welding (e.g., AWS or equivalent) a plus

Team members must be able to commute to Chattanooga, TN. Pay rates are dependent on shift and assignment.
