Production Control and Logistics Manager

As a PC&L Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of production and logistics operations. You will oversee day-to-day logistics activities, lead a high-performing team, and drive continuous improvements to support customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management: Supervise logistics activities to meet customer requirements, anticipate needs, and ensure successful program launches.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic logistics team, ensuring the right staffing, training, and continuous improvement to meet PC&L objectives.
  • Logistics Process Optimization: Monitor logistics performance, prepare the Sales and Operations Plan (PIC), and coordinate the Master Scheduling Plan (PDP) with production teams.
  • Performance Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier relationships, optimize logistics processes, and improve plant-wide performance.
  • PC&L Network Development: Contribute to the development of the Division’s PC&L network to drive best practices across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a management role within a manufacturing environment, ideally with a focus on automotive JIT manufacturing.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MRP systems (QAD & SAP)
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
