** Production Supervisor (Injection Molding)

** Salary Range:**  $80-85k plus OT after 45 hours

** Shift:
** day shift 4:30am-2:30pm Mon-Fri with OT as needed, as well as additional 2:30am startup periodically

** Injection Department Manager

** Industry:
** automotive manufacturing, injection molded plastics

** Main Mission:*
* Manage injection molding department KPIs and main deliverables. Ensure customer expectations are met in terms of on time delivery, and product quality. Develop a team in production, which will provide a consistently high quality product in an efficient manner.

** KPIs:
** Safety, Scrap, Consumption, OEE, Standardization, Right First Time (RFT), Injection assessment results

** Activities*
* + Responsible for safety, quality, cost and delivery of assigned shift

+ Responsible to lead team and promote teamwork to achieve objectives

+ Closely monitor quality levels and root cause; correcting any non-conformances

+ Maintain processes per the process control plans and ensure associates are following the standards

+ Supervise production associates

+ Consistently apply policies and procedures

+ Develop, Implement, and evaluate continuous improvement plans

+ Continually work to understand the customer's requirements in terms of quality and delivery

+ Provide feedback to Injection Area Manager about any quality or production concerns

+ Develop all associates into cross-trained, high performing team members

+ Control Training Plan completion

** Requirements:*
* + 3+ years' experience in automotive injection molded parts production and technical supervision

+ Ability to deploy structured problem-solving processes in injection dept

+ Good interpersonal and organizational skills

+ Computer skills

+ Must be a team player, flexible, and have good communication skills
