Seeking a hands‑on leader to oversee daily operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

• Supervise and coordinate production activities across assigned shifts.
• Monitor workflow, equipment, and personnel to meet production goals.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to support performance and development.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and employee performance.

This is a Permanent position based out of Chattanooga, TN.

The pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $85,000.00/yr.
