• Read and understand blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Use appropriate tools to keep machines in operation.
• Maintain attention to detail; adhere to all standards of quality and safety.
• Address machine malfunctions efficiently and promptly.
• Monitor machine performance and perform routine checks and maintenance.
• Ensure projects are completed according to timelines.
• Plan the sequence of operations to achieve optimal precision and tolerances.
• Prepare raw materials for production; assemble final products for shipping.

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Good understanding of tooling and tool maintenance.
• CNC technical certification or accreditation is a plus.
• Experience with computer-aided design (AutoCAD).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Dependable.
• Self-starter who works well in a team environment.
