As a Shift Lead you are a strong performing and committed Technician that will lead other technicians/equipment owners on your shift team. You will have responsibility and autonomy for ensuring the team delivers the +QDCI results necessary to achieve the business needs. You and your team will accomplish this through rigorous application of the site’s HSE, Quality, AM and SMS standards, strong collaboration, and excellent communication.
You will be a “working” leader with continued expectation to operate equipment on the line or in the area.
- Role model servant leadership, empowerment, engagement, ownership, commitment, safety, and quality
- Support execution of personnel systems to grow capability of team (skill matrices, IDPs, performance discussions, compliance training, etc.)
- Flow to the work as needed to meet business needs
- Work cross‑functionally, interacting with other organizations, operating teams, and department leadership
- Lead Level 1 +QDCI
- Lead team in execution of AM and SMS standards (CIL, Centerlines, PMs, etc.)
- Perform process confirmations against execution of standards
- Lead team to deliver all +QDCI results
- Understand, follow, and ensure compliance with HSE and Quality standards
- Drive breakthrough results in overall OEE performance
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED - Experience:
Manufacturing production – operating high‑speed packaging or assembly equipment, start‑ups, shutdowns, and changeovers - Technical
Competencies:
Proficient in operating various packaging machinery and tools, including electric and manual lift trucks, tape machines, fillers, cappers, labelers, bundlers, etc. - Physical Ability:
Capable of lifting 25‑60 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and demonstrating exceptional coordination, manual dexterity, and mechanical aptitude - Special Requirements:
Compliance with dress code, willing to undergo training, work in conditions with exposure to product, dust, grease, and packing machinery hazards - Pre‑employment Testing:
Completion of required pre‑employment testing - Desired
Qualifications:
Lean Six Sigma Certification, previous pharmaceutical experience, familiarity with Production Automation Systems like SAP

Compensation & BenefitsNorth America Applicants Only. Hourly Range: $26.17 – $34.89. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
