$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Manage daily production activities for approximately 20 reports, in relation to fabrication and welding parts for heavy equipment. This includes laying out daily production requirements, and monitoring quality while ensuring a safe work environment.

Mon-Thurs 10 hours, Friday 1/2 day usually.

Previous verifiable experience (3 to 5 years min) in Manufacturing Management (Plant Manager, Supervisor, Foreman, etc.) is a must.

• Ability to meet requirements regarding: work safety and adhere to all federal, state and company policies and procedures governing safe work practices and vehicle operations
• Sense of urgency, individual responsibility, and ability to effectively work with changing priorities
• High ethical standards and ability to function as team player
• Self-starter with high level of initiative.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Previous experience with welding, forming and fabrication is preferred

THIS IS NOT A TEMP TO HIRE POSITION, IT IS A FULL TIME POSITION WITH BENEFITS.

Employees are eligible for a full benefit package:

• Salary plus for over 45 hrs. per week.
• 10 paid holidays + 1 week vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 18 months, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10.
• Medical, dental and vision insurance is offered at very reasonable rates. Family coverage is approximately $100 per week.
• Company paid life insurance for employee, optional coverage is available for family at additional discounted cost.
• Uniforms provided. Pay is weekly. Regularly scheduled performance reviews.
