Full time leadership role to guide mitigation team in water, fire, and mold emergencies.

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, seeks a Mitigation Manager to lead our dedicated mitigation team.

• Team Leadership & Development
  :
  Set clear expectations, coach for growth, and hold team members accountable.
• Operational Oversight & Project Excellence
  :
  Manage the full lifecycle of mitigation projects to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Financial & Strategic Performance
  :
  Oversee departmental performance, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Customer Experience & Communication
  :
  Support project managers in delivering excellent customer experience during crisis.
• Emergency Response Readiness
  :
  Coordinate after-hours and catastrophe response efforts.
• Systems & Documentation
  :
  Model excellence in business systems such as PSA, Xactimate, and Concur.

• 3+ years of team management experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC WRT certification required; additional certifications (ASD, AMRT, FSRT, CDS) preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of water, fire, and mold mitigation processes and tools.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
• Experience leading emergency response efforts and managing catastrophe events.
• Tech-savvy with job management systems (e.g., PSA, Xactimate).
• Excellent communicator with strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a DOT physical.
