What You’ll Do- Own the performance and profitability (P&L)of a service department
- Build, coach, and develop leaders and team members
- Create alignment around clear goals, expectations, and outcomes
- Move people from where they are to where they need to be
- Drive execution through clarity, accountability, and follow-through
- Build a culture of ownership, trust, and continuous improvement
- Proven experience leading and developing teams
- Strong ability to influence, coach, and motivate people
- Clear communicator who aligns teams around shared goals
- Process‑driven thinker with a bias toward execution
- Experience owning results, not just overseeing activity
- Commitment to humility, ownership, and excellence
