The District Manager oversees the standardization and optimization of all assigned locations’ daily operating performance through developed processes and procedures.

• Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of all assigned locations, ensuring that all the sites in the district are managed and performing efficiently, and effectively.
• Serve as the driving force behind a motivated team of General Managers in a growing and ever-changing car wash environment.

• 6+ years of experience in the Car Wash industry in a multi‑unit operations leadership role
• High School diploma
• Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen
• Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

• Drive top and bottom‑line results through leadership and team accountability
• Connect with General Managers daily to discuss site wins, opportunities, and strategies to increase brand awareness
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to assist GM in recruiting and hiring
• Conduct visits once per week for each site
• Develop talent through our career path and personal mentorship
• Partner with Regional Director on budgets, schedules, membership sales, and retention goals
• Own sites’ financial results through management of the business and daily operations
• Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community
• Participate in the hiring and training of General Managers
• Organize and oversee the work and schedules of General Managers
• Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
• Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter)
• Be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and step to perform job duties
• Ability to oversee and ensure the effective handling, storage, and transportation of materials, equipment, and resources, including the management of tasks that require lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving up to 50 pounds, while coordinating logistical support and ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Maintain a proactive approach to safety, monitoring workflow, and facilitating communication across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Respond quickly to sounds
• Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
• See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
• Must have the ability to be engaged with all Team members and customers while on site
• Ability to travel a minimum of 90%
