As a Technician, you will provide thorough cleaning of assigned areas. You will maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhere to safety standards with proper PPE, and handle cleaning chemicals safely. Your day will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, using ladders up to 6 feet, and drawing up & returning equipment and supplies.

Clear communication, a positive attitude, and teamwork are essential. Applicants must be dependable, show up on time, and have reliable transportation. A working smartphone is required for scheduling via the company app.

Attention to detail, ability to clean efficiently, flexibility to work individually or as part of a team, commitment to safety and quality, and willingness to comply with written instructions. Prior cleaning or related experience is preferred.

• Obtain needed equipment and supplies for assignments.
• Keep assigned work area clean and orderly.
• Maintain safety standards, including proper PPE use.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, ladder work (max 6 ft), and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Return all equipment and supplies to shop after job completion.

• Show up on time and maintain dependability.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Own a working smartphone for scheduling and time‑clock apps.
• Be flexible, work fast‑paced, and multi‑task.
• Perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, lifting, and climbing.
• Accept assignments with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Contribute to a positive work environment with a pleasant attitude.
• Adhere to company dress code and Wear Clean Right Uniform.
• Respect workplace, coworkers, and customers.
• Communicate in English.
• Be willing to submit to background check and drug screen.
• All new hires will be on a mandatory 60‑day probationary period.
