Maintenance Technician – Chattanooga, TN

This is a full-time, hourly position. Starting Wage- $26.76 - Depending on experience, pay is negotiable.

• You will be working in our Chattanooga facility and should Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team

• Work Safely. Follow Company safety policies and requirements.
• Repair mechanical equipment
• Repair and maintain pumps; install and remove equipment
• Fabrication
• Perform preventive procedures
• Weld; cut; and perform similar operations
• The position requires the use of hand tools, electric and pneumatic tools, measuring devices and other tools as needed. Electrical diagnosis skills are a plus but not a pre-requisite

• Maintenance Technicians primarily work a rotating 12 hour shift schedule once oriented to the facility. Individual must have the flexibility to work extended hours during any plant interruptions.

• Welding: 1 year (Preferred)

ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.

The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay for this position is expected to be:
