The District at Hamilton Place is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Chattanooga, TN community. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical skills who enjoys mentoring a team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience (required)
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) –
  required
• Strong HVAC experience –
  required
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• CPO and pool maintenance experience a plus
• Ability to respond to after‑hours emergencies (on‑call rotation)
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Oversee all maintenance operations including buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and apartment turns
• Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance and grounds staff
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
• Coordinate and oversee vendor services
• Manage maintenance schedules, inventory, and budgets
• Promote a safe, well‑maintained, and welcoming community for residents
