• Build strong customer relationships and create “Customers for Life.”
• Support service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections, including pre‑ and post‑construction termite treatments and monitoring termite bait systems.
• Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Work safely and efficiently, adhering to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles. Apply pest control products in compliance with label standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

• Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments.
• Physical demands: lift and carry up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, work in all weather conditions.

• Starting hourly rate $18‑21, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.
