Yellow Door Vacation Rentals is a boutique style vacation rental company committed to providing high quality accommodations to guests visiting the Chattanooga area. We also offer a wide array of property management services to meet the needs of vacation rental owners. Our team handles everything to protect the owner's investment, maximize revenue, and help get time back.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in our vacation rental properties. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-presented. You will play a key role in enhancing the quality of stay for our guests.

We are needing someone for part time work with weekend availability as we have many check ins and outs falling on Saturdays and Sundays.

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Execute carpet cleaning and floor care tasks as needed to maintain the quality of various flooring types.
• Launder linens and other fabrics onsite for every turn, ensuring they are clean and fresh for the next guests' stay.
• Complete the turning cleans efficiently, adhering to established schedules.
• Communicate with management to ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly for optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

• Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with residential cleaning practices, including knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and products.
• Skills in carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices will be considered an asset.
• A background in hotel housekeeping or similar environments is a plus.
