We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our Chattanooga office. This Attorney will work on multiple types of cases, including Construction, General Liability, Premises Liability, and Professional Liability and across several different jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate is licensed in both Tennessee and Alabama.
- Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and appearing in court.
- Analyze complex legal and factual issues to develop effective case strategies.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective case management.
- 2–3 years of litigation experience required; insurance defense experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
