What You'll Do:

As a key member of our Estate Planning and Administration team, you'll:

  • Guide families through life's most important decisions , crafting sophisticated estate plans including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and tax‑efficient strategies
  • Represent clients in probate proceedings , from straightforward administrations to complex contested matters
  • Collaborate with a network of professionals —financial advisors, CPAs, and fellow attorneys—to deliver comprehensive, holistic solutions
  • Develop innovative succession planning strategies for businesses and charitable‑giving initiatives
  • Build lasting client relationships and contribute to the firm’s growth through networking and business development
Required Qualifications:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Tennessee bar membership (or eligibility and commitment to obtain upon hire)
  • 3+ years of estate planning/administration experience
  • Understanding of probate procedures and estate tax law
  • Exceptional research, writing, and analytical abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills to connect with diverse clients and advocate effectively

This role is based in our Chattanooga, TN office. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to be considered.
