Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and driven Insurance Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, providing expert advice on insurance products, and achieving their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Build relationships and network with referral partners in the industry.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days (reimbursement available upon completion).

Experience in sales or customer service; insurance experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly coachable.
