The Insurance Producer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chattanooga, TN. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, assessing client insurance needs, and recommending appropriate products and services. The role includes building lasting client relationships, maintaining a thorough understanding of available insurance offerings, and meeting sales goals. The Insurance Producer will also stay informed on industry trends and compliance requirements to deliver expert guidance to clients.

• Proven skills in sales, client networking, and relationship building
• Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and risk management solutions
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in client management software and basic computer skills
• Possess an active insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
