• Manage Salesforce orgs and apply formal Dev Sec Ops  processes in a Salesforce-based environment
• Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding
• Design, code, test, debug, and document programs, subroutines, and scripts
• Respond to system failures and performance events to minimize downtime
• Provide guidance and training to less-experienced analysts/programmers

• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience (4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment)
• Minimum of 3 years of systems and programming experience
• At least 1 year of experience with information technology concepts and application development methodology
• Expert working knowledge of at least one programming language in use at the employer
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata) for system integration

• Salesforce certifications
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops
• Understanding of Health Cloud objects, components, and flows
• Proven analysis, design, and coding skills with success in leading complex projects
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
