** The Client Experience Specialist is an evangelist for MCA and Client alignment. The CX Specialist proactively engages with clients to ensure they are fully using the MCA STACK of solutions, and creates open dialogue between client needs and MCA solutions. This involves engagement during onboarding as well as active engagement via Q /Business Review/Blue Sky style engagements. The CX Specialist is first an advocate of the customer.
Understanding client needs and helping to align with established MCA solutions. Secondly, the CX Specialist helps shape the delivery of MCA solutions ensuring that the core values of MCA radiate throughout service delivery to ensure FANATICAL experiences for our clients.
The CX Specialist stays knowledgeable about MCA technology solutions to help customers understand what options are available, and works to engage Solution Architects, Digital Transformation, and AE’s to develop new service offerings to meet customer needs.

* Duties and Responsibilities:
*** Customer meetings (Q /Business Strategy/Blue Sky)
* cSAT and customer review
* Focus Group and Partner Advisory Experiences
* Front End Experiences and Onboarding to include development of Dashboards, Portals, etc.
* Review of metrics including ticket trending, SLA, financial trending.
* Drives deep engagement of MCA services.
* Assists in training to maximize stickiness of product offerings
* Builds and tracks client journey

* Qualifications:
*** Strong understanding of MCA’s Core Services
* Strong initiative and ability to work with a team
* Strong ability to convey value, influence, and marketing skills.
* Exceptional communication and technical writing skills
* Strong Business Acumen
* 3+ years in a customer facing sales role (sales, pre-sales)
* Ability to understand, document, and transform processes to improve efficiency
A successful CX Specialist builds rapport with customers and internal MCA departments by identifying misalignment in FANATICAL SERVICE DELIVERY.
This extends to every area of the client experience. This is achieved by proactive and constant communication with key clients, often via Q style meetings. The CX Specialist drives change in behavior in both MCA and clients through a deep relationship built upon intentional character, trust, and value.
