Reports to Senior Marketing Manager
Essential Functions- Campaign & Email Coordination:
Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising under the direction of senior team members. - Loyalty Program Support:
Help track and report on customer loyalty program activities and performance. - Content Creation:
Support the creation, editing, and publishing of content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms while maintaining consistent brand messaging. - SEO & Web Optimization:
Assist with keyword research, basic on-page SEO updates, and content changes to support organic search performance. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect and organize performance data (KPIs, ROI, engagement metrics) using tools such as Google Analytics to support reporting and optimization efforts. - Technical Assistance:
Assist with social and website content, landing page creation, and basic HTML/CSS updates. - Internal Communication:
Communicate project updates with internal stakeholders, gather feedback and approvals, and help relay information to team members. - Project Support:
Takes Lead and/or assists on Special Projects related to Sales, Marketing, and Events, as assigned/needed. - Budget & Inventory Support:
Help track project and event expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assist with inventory coordination of materials and supplies. - Market Research:
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical DemandsThe individual in this position will spend several hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. He/she may also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
Schedule and AvailabilityThis position is primarily on-site, with the option to work remotely up to one (1) day per week, subject to supervisor approval after completing 6 month work period. Unless otherwise arranged with the supervisor, the individual in this role is expected to work a full-time schedule during the company’s standard business hours. Occasional after-hours work may be required during special events.
TravelNo travel is expected for this position, but should it be necessary, it would not exceed 10%.
Requirements Key skills and competencies- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising, with a willingness to learn and grow in these areas.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow timelines, and support projects related to marketing campaigns, events, and materials.
- Comfortable working with basic reports, spreadsheets, and marketing tools; exposure to analytics or AI tools is a plus but not required.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to completing assigned tasks accurately and on time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and follow direction.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience preferred
- 2-4 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs – Excel, Word, Power Point
- Experience with Google Analytics, a plus.
- Proficient computer skills and communication skills required, written and oral
