: D365 F&O Administrator (Finance & HR Modules - no Operations/Supply Chain modules) - Purpose:
Assist with D365 Finance implementation and manage the system once live - 2026 go live dates:
April 1, July 1 October 1 - 350 D365 users
The D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O platform. This role ensures system stability, security, and performance while enabling efficient business operations across finance, HR, and other functional domains. The administrator will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business processes, enforce governance standards, and maintain compliance requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration & Configuration
- Manage and configure D365 F&O environments, including Production, UAT, SIT, and Golden configuration environments.
- Set up and maintain organizational email templates and manage Exchange synchronization.
- Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot workflows across financial, HR, and operational modules.
Security & Compliance
- Define, configure, and maintain security roles and segregation of duties (SoD) controls.
- Assign and maintain user roles, permissions, and legal entity access based on internal standards.
- Support audit readiness and compliance activities, including SOX-related documentation and reviews.
Data Management
- Oversee data migration, integration, and validation tasks across environments.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and alignment with enterprise governance standards.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Monitor system performance, integrations, and batch jobs; resolve issues proactively.
- Partner with functional consultants and IT operations to diagnose and resolve incidents.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, security models, and role mappings.
- Develop and deliver reports as needed to support business units and leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations architecture and modules.
- Hands-on experience with environment management, configuration, and security setup.
- Familiarity with Exchange integration, email template setup, and workflow configuration.
- Understanding of financial, HR, and operational processes and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and platform optimization.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 F&O Apps Administrator Associate (or related certification). - Experience using Power Automate for workflow and process automation.
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops for deployments, configuration tracking, and monitoring.
