ResponsibilitiesREPOWR is looking for a VP of Sales to lead the sales organization through our next stage of growth. As VP of Sales, you will be responsible for setting and executing our sales strategy, scaling our sales team, and driving adoption of our trailer‑sharing marketplace.
Requirements- 10+ years of sales leadership in transportation, logistics, or B2B SaaS/marketplaces.
- Proven ability to scale sales teams through early growth stages.
- Strong network with carriers, enterprises, brokerages, or leasing companies.
- Excellent negotiation and enterprise deal execution skills.
- Data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable in a high‑growth startup environment.
