Human Resources Information System Analyst

Base pay range$45.00/hr - $70.00/hr

- Foster a culture of accountability, trust, development, and results
, aligned with both short-term and long-term objectives of the HR&C organization. - Ensure business-specific requirements are incorporated during product and system development.
- Coordinate all activities related to system acceptance
, including validation and sign-off. - Review product roadmaps and evaluate the feasibility of new functionality
. - Support system upgrades by preparing communications and organizing test cycles with system specialists and end users.
- Serve as a key contributor in maintaining data integrity by:
- Monitoring data requests and data input
- Executing, reviewing, and responding to data audit findings
- Recommending and initiating corrective actions
- Manage system access, security roles, and related audits
. - Perform system testing and maintain:
- System interfaces
- Security roles
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure data integrity across various HR&C processes.
- Manage interdependencies between internal and external systems
, including: - Single and bi-directional data feeds between HR systems and vendors
- Integrations with other internal HR&C and IT systems
- Troubleshoot and analyze system issues and deficiencies; identify, recommend, and implement solutions.
- Maintain in-depth HR data knowledge and a strong understanding of how internal and external customers use HR data.
- Identify and analyze new data requirements and provide alternative solutions as needed.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency by complying with internal data retention, retrieval, and disposal policies
